Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Tart Recipe

For the dough:
150 grams of butter (cold and diced)
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons of cold water

For the inside:
4 apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon starch
1/2 piece of lemon juice

How to Make Apple Cinnamon Tart Recipe?

Making the dough:
Take butter, flour, powdered sugar and salt in a deep bowl.
Feed all the ingredients together with your fingertips.
Continue the process until the peas remain the size of the butter.
Add apple cider vinegar and little cold water to collect the ingredients.
Roll the dough with your hands, taking care not to knead.
Wrap the prepared dough in stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

For internal mortar:
Peel the apple peel and slice it thinly into a bowl.
Add lemon juice, cinnamon powder, sugar and starch and blend it beautifully. Take care that the apples are not broken
Let it rest for approximately 20 minutes at room temperature.

Divide your dough resting in the cupboard in half. Open the pie with the size of your tart mold and obtain two dough.
Put a dough on the base of your tart mold. Straighten the edges.
Strain the excess water and transfer the apple mortar you prepared into it.
Cut pieces of equal length from the other dough. Cover the tart with these pieces.
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees in a controlled manner for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
