Ingredients for Baklava Recipe

5 cups of flour
3 eggs
1 glass of water Milk
1 cup sunflower oil
1 packet of baking powder
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt

For Shuttle:
1/2 cup powdered pistachios
For sherbet:
3,5 cups powdered sugar
3,5 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
To open pastry and intermediate floors:
1.5 cup corn starch
250 grams of melted butter
3 cups of finely ground walnut

How to Make Baklava Recipe?

Transfer the flour into a deep mixing bowl. Open the middle part of the flour like a pool with your fingertips. Add eggs, milk, sunflower oil, baking soda, vinegar and salt.
Slowly stir all the ingredients into the flour and prepare a dough that is as soft as the earlobe. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 1 hour by covering it with a damp cloth.
Divide the rested dough into twenty equal pieces and roll on a marble counter. Open each dough in the size of a plate on the counter you remembered.
Sprinkle cornstarch between them and put the doughs on top of each other and continue to open with a rolling pin.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat to lubricate the dough layers.
Lubricate the bottom of the baking tray with melted butter. Separate two of the most smooth of the dough dough in the lower and upper floors of the baklava.
