Put starch, sugar and salt in it without putting it in the stove
Gradually add cold milk, whilst whipping.
When the mixture has a homogeneous appearance, put it on the stove and mix, stirring over low-medium heat.
After about 10 minutes, the starch will give the liquid its consistency.
