Queen’s Finger

Ingredients for Queen’s Finger Recipe

100 grams of butter at room temperature
1 egg
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup yogurt
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
2 cups of flour
For sherbet:
2 cups powdered sugar
2,5 cups of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
For the above:
1 cup semolina

How to Make a Vezir Finger Recipe?

To prepare the sherbet:

Boil 2 cups of sugar and 2.5 cups of water in a saucepan.
Add the lemon juice and boil for a few minutes, then take it from the stove and let it cool.

To prepare the dough:

Butter, oil, eggs and yoghurt mix nicely in a cup.
Knead by adding the remaining ingredients and obtain a medium soft dough.
Cut the walnut-sized pieces from the dough to shape it as a finger and smear it into the semolina and place it on the tray.
Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
After resting for 5 minutes, pour the cooling syrup over them.
After sherbet to rest on the desserts, then consume with pleasure.
