Ingredients for Quince Dessert Recipe

2 large quince
8 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tea cup of cherry juice
1 stick cinnamon
5 cloves
1/2 piece of lemon juice

How to Make Quince Dessert Recipe?

Add sour cherry juice to the boiling water and close the pot lid and let to cook on low heat.

Put the quince in a serving dish and lightly squeeze the remaining sherbet in the pot. Serve desserts as warm or cold with the addition of cream and powdered pistachios.
