Ingredients for Şekerpare Recipe

1 glass of water powdered sugar
125 grammargarin or unsalted butter
2 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut
1 pack of vanillin
1 packet of baking powder
4 tablespoonsmix
3 cups flour

For sherbet:
2 water glasses powdered sugar
3 glasses of water
3 drops of water

For above: 20 pieces nuts

How to Make Şekerpare Recipe?

First we prepare the sherbet. 3 cups of water, 2 cups of sugar, add sugar and add to the boil.
After squeezing a few drops of lemon juice into the boiling sherbet, we leave it on low heat until it gets a thick sherbet consistency and after taking it from the stove, we leave the sherbet to warm
To prepare the dough in a deep mixing bowl 1 cup powdered sugar, 125 grams margarine, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons nutmeg, 1 pack vanilla, 1 pack baking soda, 4 tablespoons semolina and little by little flour and knead well.
After resting the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, we cut the pieces slightly larger than walnuts and give them a round shape with our hands and place them intermittently on the baking sheet series.
We put the nuts in the middle of the candy bars.
We cook the candy bars in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
We pour hot sherbet while the cookies are cold. After pouring the sherbet, we wait for it to thoroughly and serve it. Bon appetit!
