Semolina Dessert with Sherbet

Ingredients for Semolina Dessert with Recipe

9 tablespoons semolina
9 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 cup of yoghurt
1,5 cups of flour
1 glass of water Milk
1 packet of baking powder
1 pack of vanillin

To lubricate the oven container:
1 tbsp butter

For sherbet:
2 glasses of water
2 water glasses powdered sugar
1/2 piece of lemon juice

How to Make Şerbetli Semolina Dessert Recipe?

3 eggs, 9 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 cup of tea kneaded in a deep bowl with the help of mixer beat sugar powder until melted.
Add 1 cup of milk, 1 pack of vanillin.
Add 1.5 cups of sifted flour, 9 tablespoons of grits and 1 pack of baking soda, respectively. Then mix well.
Lubricate the baking pan with butter and mold the sweet mortar and then top it with a spatula.
Cook the dessert in a pre-heated 175 degree oven for 35 minutes.
For the sherbet of the dessert; Boil for 2 minutes with 2 cups of granulated sugar and 2 cups of water. Add 3-4 drops of lemon juice and remove the boiling sherbet from the stove after 5 minutes, let it cool.
Pour the warm syrup over the hot dessert you have taken from the oven, waiting for 10 minutes to absorb the sherbet.
Then slice.
