Ingredients for Sultan Sarma Recipe

1 cup powdered sugar
1,5 cups of flour
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 liter milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 pack of vanillin
1.5 cups of coconut
2 pack whipped cream (sold in powder construction site 1 tea glass of milk)

How to make Sultan Sarması Recipe?
